Employee Grants

Juice HR allows you to keep track of Access Grants your assign to your employees.

An Access Grant could be something like a login to an online software service or could be a physical asset like being able to enter a warehouse storage facility.

Dates and times of when the Grant was made and revoked can be recorded for each employee.

For software systems, additional information can be recorded for compliance purposes, including the unique access identifier allocated to the employee.

The Vendors contact details can be recorded, along with how access controls are managed and enforced. An associated risk with allocating this Grant can also be recorded.
