How do my employees know what tasks are required?

The Employee Hub contains details of which tasks are complete.

As the administrator for your organization, you can send your employees a link to gain access. Your employees do not need to register an account with Juice HR to complete their onboarding, any tasks required, or request an absence. The link we send to the employee is unique to them and, for security reasons, will automatically expire after a given period (Configurable which defaults to 24 hours). 

The Employee Hub dashboard will confirm the number of tasks completed. Once you click through to the tasks section, those completed will show a green tick.  Click on a task without a green tick to confirm what action is required.
