Vacation and time out of the office is managed in the Employee Hub, under absences. Employees request access to the hub via the login button on our website, JuiceHR.com. Click 'Add' to begin a new absence. Select the From and To dates and the reason for the absence. Once saved, the summary chart will update accordingly.
The vacation will show as pending until it is approved or declined by the employer. The employer dashboard will highlight if any absences need to be reviewed. An email will be sent automatically to the employee once approved or declined, together with the reason provided.
