Is it safe to send passwords through Juice HR?

Any data stored as a Credential on Juice HR is protected using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.  Additionally, every credential added to Juice HR has its own unique encryption key generated just for that item. Therefore, the same encryption key can never be reused to access another credential. We encrypt both 'plain text' fields and any attachments you upload in this area.

We recommend that when providing passwords and other sensitive data to your employees, you enter unique Private Credentials for each individual employee rather than sharing them whenever possible.
