Inventory

Juice HR allows you to keep track of all your company Inventory and assign ownership to individual employees.

Each Inventory item can be assigned a Category along with a Unique ID. For physical items this is typically the serial number.

For electronic devices, additional configuration requirements can also be assigned for the employee to complete. This includes hardware encryption, password protection and automatic screenlock.

Dates and time of when the Inventory was assigned and revoked can be recorded for each employee.

Allocated inventory is presented to the employee in the Employee Hub.
